Certified Translation by Document Type
Every document type has its own traps — a marginal note that changes what a certificate proves, a grading scale that does not exist in the United States, a registry stamp that has to be translated along with the page it sits on. These pages say what is specific to each one. Flat $24.95 per page, certified, and typically delivered within 24 hours.

How to choose the right page
If your document is a civil record and the issuing country has a page above, start there — it will tell you about the second page, the reverse side or the marginal annotations that people routinely leave out of a scan.
If what matters most is the language rather than the document, the language pages cover what is specific to each one: the calendar it dates events in, the script it is written in, how names transliterate.
And if what you actually need to know is what the office receiving it expects, go by destination: USCIS, courts, universities, employers or the DMV.
What every one of them gets
Whatever the document, the deliverable is the same:
- A complete translation of everything on the page, stamps and marginal notes included
- The original layout mirrored closely enough that an officer can compare the two side by side
- A signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy on company letterhead
- Anything illegible on the original marked as illegible, never guessed at
- Delivery typically within 24 hours, at a flat $24.95 per page of up to 250 words
How it works
Upload a photo or a scan of your document, pick the language pair and check out online. You never have to mail originals: a legible copy is all we need.
A professional human translator, never machine translation, translates the document word for word and mirrors the layout of the original. Every certified translation ships with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy that meets the requirements of USCIS, courts and universities.
Your translation is delivered digitally, usually within 24 hours for documents of one to three pages, and same-day delivery is available. If anything needs adjusting, we revise it.
Certified vs. standard translation
A certified translation is a word-for-word translation accompanied by a signed statement attesting to its accuracy and completeness. It is what official bodies require: USCIS, courts, universities and government agencies. Certified translations are $24.95 per page, where a page is up to 250 words.
A standard translation is for business or personal use where certification is not needed, such as CVs, client intake forms or marketing material, and is billed at $0.10 per word.
Frequently asked questions
I do not see my document type listed.
We translate any document, and the pages above are just the ones we get asked about most. Order it as you would anything else, or send it through the quote form if you want a price first.
Do different document types cost different amounts?
No. Certified translation is $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, whatever the document is.
My file has several different documents in it.
Send them together. Translating a file as a file is what keeps one person from appearing under two spellings across it.
