A licence is not a qualification
These are two different documents doing two different jobs, and they are routinely confused. A degree says you were educated. A licence says a regulator permits you to practise — and in most of the world it is issued by a professional college, council or board rather than by the university.

Which professions, and what the document is called

The names vary and are kept: a cédula profesional, a colegiatura, a tarjeta profesional, a matrícula, an Approbation. Registration numbers are reproduced exactly, because they are how a US board verifies the licence independently with the issuing body.
Good standing and currency
Boards generally want a certificate of good standing issued recently — frequently within three or six months — and sent directly by the issuing authority rather than handed over by the applicant. That is a procedural requirement a translation cannot satisfy, so establish it before ordering.
Where a licence has conditions, restrictions or a disciplinary annotation, those are translated exactly as written and never omitted. A clean-looking translation of a restricted licence is a misrepresentation.

A standard translation is for business or personal use where certification is not needed, such as CVs, client intake forms or marketing material, and is billed at the same $24.95 per page of up to 250 words.
