Certified Translation for University Admissions Offices
eVerbary translates applicants' foreign transcripts, diplomas and degree certificates into English with a signed certification, for $24.95 per page, with every grade reproduced exactly and never converted. Admissions and international offices can pay for translations on an invoice, send applicants a payment link, or ask us for a discount code for their applicants. Translations are guaranteed to be accepted by US universities, colleges and schools, or the money back.

At a glance
| How it works | |
|---|---|
| Documents | Academic transcripts and mark sheets, diplomas and degree certificates, high school diplomas, course descriptions, enrollment certificates and letters of recommendation. |
| Grades | Translated exactly as recorded, with the grading scale printed on the document. We do not convert to a US GPA. |
| Certification | Signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with the translator's attestation and our contact details. |
| Acceptance guarantee | Accepted by USCIS and by US universities, colleges and schools, or your money back. Terms. |
| Who pays | Your office, on a team account (per order or on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly invoice); the applicant, by payment link; or the applicant with a discount code your office gives them. |
| Procurement | W-9 on request; purchase-order or reference number printed on the invoice; invoices payable by card, check or wire transfer. |
| Team account | Admissions officers, international advisors and graduate coordinators each with their own login; everyone sees every order in the team. |
| Turnaround | 24 hours for one to three pages as standard; expedited at checkout. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request. |
| Records handling | Stored in the United States; only the staff on the order and the assigned translator can open them; deleted on request. Security. |
| Not what we do | Credential evaluation (GPA conversion, US equivalency). Evaluation agencies such as WES and ECE are outside the guarantee. |
Three ways to handle the cost
- The office pays. Open a team account for admissions or the international office and choose per-order payment or one invoice every week, two weeks or month. Staff place orders without a payment step on an invoice cycle; the invoice can carry your purchase-order number.
- The applicant pays, with your help. Ask us for a code for your applicants. You publish it with your translation requirements; applicants order themselves and pay less.
- The applicant pays, you stay in the loop. Place the order yourself and send the applicant its payment link; you see the delivery, they pay by card or PayPal.
Grades are reproduced, never converted
A foreign transcript is translated with its marks exactly as recorded and its grading key alongside. A Philippine 1.00 is the highest mark available, a German 1 is the best and a 4 a pass, and a Korean grade point is often out of 4.5; converting any of them is a judgment, and it belongs to your office or to an evaluation agency, not to the translator.
If your office requires a course-by-course evaluation, the applicant needs an evaluation agency as well; see translation for credential evaluation and WES.

How applicant records are handled
Documents are stored in the United States (Google Cloud), and nothing is processed outside the US.
Only the eVerbary staff handling an order and the one translator assigned to it can open its files; translators work under confidentiality terms.
Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal and never reach our servers. More on our security page, including what we do not claim (no SOC 2 or ISO 27001).

Frequently asked questions
Do you convert foreign grades to a US GPA?
No. Transcripts are translated with every mark exactly as recorded and the grading key alongside. Converting grades is credential evaluation, a different service that agencies such as WES and ECE provide.
Can our office pay for applicants' translations?
Yes. The admissions or international office opens a team account and pays per order or on one invoice every week, every two weeks or every month. W-9 and a purchase-order reference on the invoice on request.
Can applicants get a discount?
Ask us for a code for your applicants. You share it with them, and they order and pay for their own translations with it.
Is acceptance guaranteed?
Yes. Our certified translations are guaranteed to be accepted by universities, colleges and schools in the United States, or the money back. The guarantee covers the translation, not the admission decision, and does not extend to credential evaluation agencies. Terms.
How fast are transcripts translated?
24 hours for one to three pages as standard, with expedited delivery at checkout. A long transcript takes proportionally longer, and the checkout shows the delivery time before payment.
How are applicant records protected?
They are stored in the United States, and only the eVerbary staff handling the order and the assigned translator can open them. Applicants or your office can ask us to delete an order and its files.
