Pay Later, Invoicing and Client Payment Links
For an organisation the question is rarely what a translation costs. It is who pays, when, and how many people have to be involved to make that happen. There are three arrangements and you can use more than one at a time.

Three ways the bill can be handled
Different institutions need the money to move differently, so there are three arrangements and you can use more than one.
- Per order. The person placing the order pays at checkout. Simple, and right for occasional use.
- On a cycle. An admin sets weekly, bi-weekly or monthly billing. Orders go through without a payment step and the invoice arrives on the cycle, payable by credit card, check or wire transfer.
- The end client pays. Send a payment link by email to the client, the student or the applicant. You manage the workflow and the delivery; they pay for their own quote. It is how firms and schools stay out of the middle of a transaction that was never theirs.
Ordering without paying, in practice
When an admin sets a billing cycle on a team account, the checkout stops asking for payment. The button reads Place Order rather than Pay and the order goes straight into production.
The effect is that the people who send documents no longer need spending authority, and the person who has spending authority stops being asked about it several times a week. The invoice arrives on the cycle you chose: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Sending the bill to your client
A payment link goes by email to whoever should be paying — a client, a student, an applicant, a family. They pay their own quote; you keep the workflow, the visibility and the delivery.
It is the arrangement firms and schools use when the cost was never theirs to carry. It also removes an awkward conversation: the person who chose the service is not the person being asked for a card.
How invoices are paid
Invoices are payable by credit card, check or wire transfer. For organisations that need a purchase order number, a cost centre or a specific reference on the invoice, tell us what it has to say and it will say it.
The rate does not change with the arrangement: $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included. If you are sending consistent volume, see volume and partner pricing.
How it works
Upload a photo or a scan of your document, pick the language pair and check out online. You never have to mail originals: a legible copy is all we need.
A professional human translator, never machine translation, translates the document word for word and mirrors the layout of the original. Every certified translation ships with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy that meets the requirements of USCIS, courts and universities.
Your translation is delivered digitally, usually within 24 hours for documents of one to three pages, and same-day delivery is available. If anything needs adjusting, we revise it.
Frequently asked questions
Can we order now and pay later?
Yes. An admin sets a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly billing cycle and the checkout has no payment step — the button reads Place Order.
How can we pay an invoice?
Credit card, check or wire transfer.
Can our client pay instead of us?
Yes. A payment link is emailed to them and they pay their own quote while you keep the workflow and delivery.
Can the invoice carry our PO number?
Yes. Tell us what the invoice has to reference and it will.
Is the price different on an invoice?
No. $24.95 per page either way, certification included.
