What eVerbary does
eVerbary translates the documents people and organizations have to file in the United States: birth and marriage certificates, divorce decrees, transcripts and diplomas, court records, bank statements and hundreds of others, each delivered with a signed certificate of translation accuracy. For school districts it also translates letters and notices from English into the languages families read, and it provides interpreters.
The account is built around the way firms and institutions work: team logins for paralegals and staff, invoicing by week or month, the client's name and file number on every order and invoice, volume pricing, an API and an MCP server for AI assistants. How the work is done
Each order goes to one professional human translator in the United States, who translates the document word for word, mirrors its layout and translates every stamp and seal. A second person reviews it before delivery, and the signed certification goes out with it. Revisions are free within 30 days. Security and privacy
Documents are stored in the United States (Google Cloud), and nothing is processed outside the US.
Only the eVerbary staff handling an order and the one translator assigned to it can open its files; translators work under confidentiality terms.
Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal and never reach our servers. More on our security page, including what we do not claim (no SOC 2 or ISO 27001).
