Integrations: API and AI Assistants

eVerbary connects to the tools a firm or an institution already uses in two ways: a REST API with signed webhooks, for practice-management systems and your own software, and an MCP server that lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT quote, order and pay for certified translations, always showing the price before anything happens. Both place ordinary eVerbary orders at $24.95 per page, with your team's discount and billing terms. A Clio integration is coming soon.

What is available

eVerbary integrations and their status
IntegrationStatus and what it does
REST APILive. Place an order with the documents attached, get its price and delivery time, follow its status and download the certified translation. Webhooks on every status change, signed with HMAC-SHA256. Docs: orders.everbary.com/v1/docs.
AI assistants (MCP)Live. Server: https://orders.everbary.com/mcp. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or your own agent can quote, upload, order, pay and report delivery. Previews before every order and payment; $500 per order and $1,000 per day by default.

Payment linksLive. Every order has a link anyone can use to pay it by card or PayPal, for example your client. The API can email it for you.

Who uses which

Firms with a practice-management or intake system use the API: the system sends the documents, stores the order number, and a webhook tells it when the translation is ready. People who already work in an AI assistant connect it to the MCP server and ask, in plain words, for a quote or an order. Both use the account you already have, so orders appear in your portal and on your invoice like any other.

Security

API keys are stored only as SHA-256 hashes and can be revoked at once; a key sees only its own account's orders. Webhook deliveries are signed. An AI assistant pays only with your prepaid balance, your saved card or your billing terms, never with a card number typed into a chat. More on our security page.

Frequently asked questions

Does eVerbary have an API?

Yes. A REST API places certified translation orders with the documents attached, reports their status and returns the finished translation, with HMAC-signed webhooks. Documentation: orders.everbary.com/v1/docs.

Can AI assistants order translations from eVerbary?

Yes. Our MCP server at https://orders.everbary.com/mcp works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. The assistant shows the price before anything happens, pays only with your account's own means, and stops at $500 per order and $1,000 per day unless you ask for other limits.

Do you integrate with Clio?

A Clio integration is coming soon; its App Directory listing is in review. It is not available yet.

What does it cost to use the API or the MCP server?

Nothing extra. Orders cost what they cost on the website: $24.95 per page, with your team's discount and billing terms.

How do I get an API key?

Write to support@everbary.com. Keys are tied to your eVerbary account, so orders appear in your portal and are billed like any other order.
