How it works
- Install and connect your Clio Manage account (OAuth; you can disconnect it from Clio at any time).
- Pick documents from a matter in Clio, or from the firm's document list; documents from several matters become one order per matter, because they are different clients.
- Choose the language and delivery — the page count is suggested from the files and you can adjust it — and pay now or on your firm's invoice.
- The translation comes back to the matter as its own PDF with the signed certificate, named after the original, and the cost is posted to the matter as an expense entry.
What it costs
The same as on the website: $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, Expedited +20%, with your firm's discount. There is no fee for the app. Most orders are delivered within a few hours.
Security
The app acts only through our public order API, sees only the installations and orders of your firm, stores its own state separately from our order system, and keeps data in the United States. See security and the API.

Does eVerbary integrate with Clio?
Yes. Our Clio app connects your Clio Manage account: you order a certified translation from a matter's documents, the cost is recorded on the matter, and the translation comes back to the same matter as its own document.

How is it billed?
The cost is posted to the matter as an expense entry your firm can bill to its client. You pay us by card or PayPal when ordering, or on your firm's invoice.
Where is the data stored?
In the United States. The app only sees the documents you choose to send and the orders it places.
