Certified Translation Services for Law Firms, Compared
For a law firm, certified translation providers differ less on the page price, which clusters around $25, than on how the account works: whether paralegals can order on the firm's account, how invoicing works, whether volume discounts are published, and whether orders can come from your case-management software or an AI assistant. This page compares eVerbary, MotaWord, ImmiTranslate, RushTranslate, The Spanish Group and Day Translations on those points, from each company's own pages as checked on October 8, 2026. Where eVerbary does not come out ahead, it says so.

Where eVerbary is behind
- Integrations. MotaWord is in Clio, Docketwise and Visalaw.ai, and ImmiTranslate is in Docketwise. eVerbary's Clio integration is coming soon; today firms use our website, our API or an AI assistant.
- No API sandbox. RushTranslate has one and ImmiTranslate enables one on request. Test orders through our API are real orders.
- No security certification. Day Translations states ISO 27001, ISO 17100 and SOC 2 Type II, and The Spanish Group claims ISO 9001 and ISO 17100. eVerbary holds none and says so on its security page.
- Few third-party reviews. No reviews on Trustpilot yet, against hundreds or thousands for the others. Our own reviews page has verified ratings, but it is our own site.
- No bar-association discount. MotaWord gives AILA members 15%.
Where eVerbary is ahead
- Published volume tiers. 10% from 20 pages, 15% from 50 pages, 20% from 100 pages a month, counted across the whole firm, with no commitment: $22.46, $21.21, $19.96 per page.
- Client name and file number on every order and invoice, so the bill splits by case.
- Invoicing cycles chosen by the firm: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or a custom period of 8 to 90 days, with paralegals ordering without a payment step.
- An MCP server for AI assistants, with a price preview and spending limits.
- Price: $24.95 per page, the same as RushTranslate and below ImmiTranslate and Day Translations, with 24-hour standard delivery for one to three pages. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
