Volume and Partner Pricing
The honest version of this page: the list price is already flat and already includes the things other providers charge separately for, and there is a conversation to have if you send consistent volume. This page says what the list price covers so you can tell whether a quote you have been given elsewhere is actually cheaper.
$24.95/page
Flat rate per page, up to 250 words. No hidden fees.
100% USCIS acceptance
Every certified translation is guaranteed to be accepted by USCIS.
24-hour delivery
Most 1-3 page documents are delivered within 24 hours. Same-day available.
What the list price already includes
Certified translation is $24.95 per page of up to 250 words. That figure includes things that are commonly quoted separately, which is where comparisons usually go wrong:
- The signed certificate of translation accuracy, on letterhead — no separate certification fee
- Every seal, stamp and marginal annotation, because a partial translation is not a complete one
- A digital PDF, formatted to mirror the original
- A second reviewer before delivery — see how we translate
- No minimum order, and no charge to open a team account
Where a page is not a page
A page here is up to 250 words of source text, not a sheet of paper. A dense two-sided certificate can be two pages; a sparse form with a photograph is one. That is worth knowing when comparing against a per-word quote: at $0.10 a word, 250 words is $25.00 — so a per-word price that sounds lower frequently is not.
Nothing is added for a rush beyond the expedited options you choose explicitly, and nothing is added for a language being unusual. A Georgian birth certificate costs what a Spanish one costs.
Asking about preferential pricing
Firms, schools, universities and agencies sending consistent volume can ask about preferential rates. There is no published tier table and no threshold you have to qualify for in advance — it depends on what you send and how often, and it is a conversation rather than a form.
What is worth having ready: roughly how many pages a month, which languages, and whether you need white label delivery or invoicing on a cycle. Those change the answer more than the raw page count does.
Who this is for
Immigration and litigation practices with a steady caseload — see for law firms. School districts handling enrollment — see for schools and districts. Universities and credential services — see university submissions. Agencies and relocation providers delivering under their own brand.
If you are an individual with one document, none of this applies to you and the list price is the price. It is already the same price the firms pay.
How it works
Upload a photo or a scan of your document, pick the language pair and check out online. You never have to mail originals: a legible copy is all we need.
A professional human translator, never machine translation, translates the document word for word and mirrors the layout of the original. Every certified translation ships with a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy that meets the requirements of USCIS, courts and universities.
Your translation is delivered digitally, usually within 24 hours for documents of one to three pages, and same-day delivery is available. If anything needs adjusting, we revise it.
Frequently asked questions
Do you publish volume discounts?
No tier table, because what changes the answer is the mix rather than the count. Tell us roughly how many pages a month and in which languages and we will give you a straight answer.
Is there a minimum order?
No, and there is no charge to open a team account.
Is a rare language more expensive?
No. The per-page price is the same in every language we offer.
Is per-page cheaper than per-word?
Frequently, yes. A page is up to 250 words, and at $0.10 per word 250 words is $25.00 — so $24.95 per page is not the higher number it can look like.
Does the price include certification?
Yes, with no separate fee.
