What is yours and what stays ours
Yours: the coversheet, the letterhead and the presentation materials. The packet your client opens is your firm's document, and there is nothing in it that sends them to us.
Ours: the certification. The certificate of translation accuracy states that the translator is competent in both languages and that the translation is complete and accurate, and it carries our name and contact details. That is not a branding element and it cannot be someone else's name — it is a signed statement of fact by the person who made the translation, and a receiving officer must be able to reach them. A certification carrying a name that did not do the work is a false statement, not a design choice.

Frequently asked questions
Can the certification carry my firm's name instead of yours?
No, and no honest provider will do that. The certification is a signed statement by the translator who did the work, and a receiving officer has to be able to reach them. Everything around it — coversheet, letterhead, presentation — is yours.
Will my client see eVerbary anywhere?
Not in the presentation materials. The certification page names the translator, because it has to.
