The civil status registry, and Soviet-era records
Armenian divorces are registered with the civil status registry, which succeeded the Soviet ZAGS and issues the divorce certificate. Where a court was involved the judgment exists alongside it.

Armenian has its own alphabet, unrelated to Latin or Cyrillic, so nothing on the document is legible to a US office without a translation.
