Talaq, khula, and the certificate that follows
A Pakistani divorce usually begins as a talaq pronounced by the husband or a khula obtained by the wife through the family court. Notice must be given to the chairman of the union council, which then runs a reconciliation process, and only after that period does the divorce become effective and a divorce certificate issue.

Urdu, and attestation
