Registering with ANAF makes it enforceable
A Romanian lease registered with ANAF, the tax authority, becomes an enforceable title for the payment of rent — the landlord can enforce without first obtaining a judgment.
That is a substantial consequence of a tax registration and it is not obvious from the document. We translate the registration and say what it does.
The tax on rental income
