A deed and a registry extract are different documents
People ask for "the deed" and mean one of two things. The deed (escritura, escritura pública, acte de vente) records a transaction: who sold what to whom, before which notary, on what date. The registry extract (certificado del registro de la propiedad, Grundbuchauszug, matrícula inmobiliaria) shows the current state of the property — ownership today, plus mortgages, liens and encumbrances.
If an office asked for proof that you own something free and clear, the extract is usually what answers it. We translate either, and we will tell you which one you have sent.
Measurements are reproduced, not converted
Property documents describe a parcel through its area, its boundaries and its neighbours, often to the centimetre. Those figures are reproduced exactly, in the units the document uses: converting hectares or square metres into acres or square feet would change the document, and the difference between a translation and a conversion is precisely the sort of thing a registry or a court will not tolerate.
Marginal entries matter as much as the body. Later annotations recording a mortgage, a division, an inheritance or a correction are translated with everything else.

No. Figures are reproduced in the units the original uses. We can add a note giving the equivalent, but the document keeps its own numbers.
