The notarial act, and the register
An Albanian power (prokurë) for significant acts is a notarial act, entered in the notary's register with a number and a date, and notaries are supervised by the Ministry of Justice.
Albania has moved toward electronic registers, so a recent act may carry a reference checkable online. We reproduce the register number as printed.
