Mapudungun, and a language without official status
Chile recognises indigenous languages including Mapudungun, Aymara and Rapa Nui in law and in intercultural education, but Spanish is the only language with general official status.
So a Mapudungun certificate is an educational or professional credential rather than a state language qualification, and we name the issuing institution and describe what it attests.
Rapa Nui, on Easter Island
Rapa Nui is a Polynesian language spoken on Easter Island, unrelated to the mainland indigenous languages, with its own education provision and revitalisation programme.
A Rapa Nui certificate is a different thing entirely from a Mapudungun one, and grouping them as Chilean indigenous languages obscures that. We name the language.

Spanish for foreign learners is certified by Chilean university language centres and by DELE and SIELE at centres in Chile.
Chilean Spanish is distinctive in pronunciation and vocabulary and has a reputation for being difficult for learners, and a certificate from a Chilean institution attests that variety. We name the issuer.
The RUN, and the check digit
Chilean certificates identify the candidate by RUN — the same number as the RUT for an individual — written with a check digit after a hyphen that may be the letter K.
