MyCO, and the 2017 law
Myanmar replaced a 1914 statute with the Myanmar Companies Law 2017 and moved registration onto MyCO, the online registry run by DICA, the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration. Companies incorporated before and after hold structurally different documents.
The 2017 law replaced the memorandum-and-articles pair with a single constitution, so a newer company has one constitutive document where an older one has two.
Annual return, and what lapsing does
A Myanmar company must file an annual return on MyCO, and failing to do so leads to striking off. The registration extract states the filing status, which is what a foreign counterparty is actually checking when they ask whether the company is current.
The company registration number from DICA is reproduced exactly and is how the company is located in the online registry.
Foreign ownership is defined by percentage
Under the 2017 law a company is a "foreign company" once overseas ownership passes a stated threshold, and that status changes what activities it may undertake and what land it may hold. The shareholding on the document therefore carries legal consequence beyond arithmetic.

Burmese names have no surname
Burmese personal names are not divided into given and family names — there is no surname, and a child's name need share nothing with a parent's. A US form demanding a last name will mangle a Burmese director's name every time.
