Bachillerato General or Técnico Vocacional
Salvadoran basic education runs through 9th grade and ends with the Certificado de Educación Básica. Then comes bachillerato: two years for the Bachillerato General, or three for a Bachillerato Técnico Vocacional in a named specialty. The title states which one, and the specialty is translated rather than dropped, since it is what distinguishes the three-year programs.
Current records mark on a scale of 1 to 10 with 6 the pass; older records may use 5 as the pass. Bachillerato students also sit a national exit exam — the PAES until 2019 and AVANZO since 2020 — and where its result appears on a record, it is translated as printed. Marks are never converted to a GPA; a credential evaluator does that.
Title, grades and apostille for US use
Offices usually want the title together with the certificate of grades (certificación de notas) for the bachillerato years. El Salvador has been a party to the Apostille Convention since 1996, so documents prepared for use abroad often carry an apostille from the foreign ministry, which is translated with the rest. Send both sides of every page: registration numbers and stamps are often on the back.

What USCIS requires
Under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), a foreign-language document must be accompanied by a complete English translation and the translator's certification that it is accurate. Every seal, stamp and marginal note is part of the document, so every one is translated.
