SENADIS, and Ley 42
Panama certifies disability through SENADIS, the national secretariat for social inclusion, under Ley 42 of 1999, with medical assessment through the health system.
The certificate and the registry entry are what entitlements are keyed to — tax relief, employment quota placement, transport and vehicle concessions. We name the issuing body and the registry.
