State registration, and the one-stop centres
An Uzbek company is state-registered through the public services centres, and the constitutive document is the ustav — the charter — approved by the founders and lodged with the registration. A single document governs the company rather than a memorandum-and-articles pair.
The registration certificate and the charter are different documents, and an office asking for "articles of incorporation" means the ustav.
Two alphabets in one company's file
Uzbekistan has been moving from Cyrillic to the Latin alphabet for the Uzbek language, and the transition is still incomplete — so a company founded in 2005 has a Cyrillic charter and its 2023 filings are in Latin script, with the same company name spelled two different ways.
They are the same name in the same language, and we say so explicitly. A US reader comparing the two and concluding the documents belong to different companies is the error this prevents.
Russian is still in the file
Russian remains widely used in Uzbek commercial and legal practice, and a corporate file commonly contains Uzbek and Russian documents together. They are different languages, not variants, and each is translated.

INN, and the MChJ
The INN is the taxpayer identification number and appears alongside the state registration number; both are reproduced exactly.
