The public registry, which is unusually fast

The cadastral code, and the boundaries
The cadastral code is a dotted numeric string identifying the parcel, and the registry holds the boundary coordinates.
Registration of a parcel may be preliminary where boundaries were not surveyed, which matters and is stated on the extract. We translate that status rather than dropping it.
Agricultural land, and foreign buyers
Georgia restricts foreign ownership of agricultural land by constitutional amendment, with narrow exceptions, while non-agricultural land is freely available to foreigners.
The land's designation on the extract therefore decides whether a foreign buyer can hold it at all. It is the first field to read.
The personal number, and the script
Parties are identified by an eleven-digit personal number, and a company by its identification code.
