The Ministerio Público forensic service
Paraguay places its forensic medicine and sciences service under the Ministerio Público, so criminal forensic reports come from an institution of the prosecution service.
That institutional position is part of how the report is weighed, and we name the service and the department rather than describing it as a state laboratory.
