Reconocimiento, and where it is recorded
Paraguayan acknowledgment may be made in the birth registration, by escritura pública before a notary, by a declaration before a judge, or in a will, and it is recorded against the birth entry at the Registro del Estado Civil.
A certificate issued afterwards shows the father. We name the instrument and the notary or court that produced it.
