Divorce by consent is registered, not decreed
A Thai divorce by mutual consent is registered at a district office. The spouses sign a divorce agreement before two witnesses and the registrar records it; there is no court and no judgment. What is issued is the divorce registration (ทะเบียนหย่า) and a divorce certificate (ใบสำคัญการหย่า).

Buddhist Era years
Thai documents are dated in the Buddhist Era, 543 years ahead of the Gregorian calendar — B.E. 2558 is 2015. The calendar shares the Gregorian months, month lengths and leap rules, so only the year number changes. We show both.

What USCIS requires
Under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), a foreign-language document must be accompanied by a complete English translation and the translator's certification that it is accurate. Every seal, stamp and marginal note is part of the document, so every one is translated.
