The EPI card, and the campaign doses
Afghan childhood immunisation is recorded on an EPI card stamped at the health facility that gave each dose, under the expanded programme delivered through basic health centres and mobile teams.

Afghan documents are dated in the Solar Hijri calendar, whose year begins at the spring equinox, so 1400 spans parts of 2021 and 2022 and a conversion by subtracting a constant is wrong a substantial fraction of the time.
