The judgment, and its legal force
A Slovak divorce is granted by a district court and the judgment is the document, which needs the endorsement that it has entered into legal force before it proves anything final.

The -ová ending, and the birth number
Slovak surnames take -ová in the feminine, so former spouses carry forms differing by three letters and one family name.
