Why this file is longer than the last one
The naturalization application asks about your entire history, not just your current status, and every answer that touches a foreign document has to be backed by one an officer can read. What turns up most often:

A certified translation is a word-for-word translation accompanied by a signed statement attesting to its accuracy and completeness. It is what official bodies require: USCIS, courts, universities and government agencies. Certified translations are $24.95 per page, where a page is up to 250 words.
A standard translation is for business or personal use where certification is not needed, such as CVs, client intake forms or marketing material, and is billed at $0.10 per word.

If the application asks about the incident, the supporting record belongs in the file, dismissal included. We translate it in full, and a document stating a case was dismissed is useful evidence.
