Court registration and the mandatory lawyer
A Hungarian company is constituted by articles of association (társasági szerződés) that must be countersigned by a lawyer or executed as a notarial deed — a private document alone will not register — and is entered in the company register maintained by the court.

Kft, Zrt and Nyrt
The Kft (korlátolt felelősségű társaság) is the limited liability form and by far the commonest; Zrt and Nyrt are the private and public joint-stock forms. The abbreviation is part of the legal name.
None maps onto a US entity and we keep the Hungarian designation with a literal rendering.
Surname first, and the representation clause
Hungarian writes the family name before the given name, so a managing director recorded as "Nagy István" is István Nagy. A translation that carries the order across without saying so hands a US reader a reversed name, and we make the order explicit.
