The judiciary council accredits experts
Ecuador requires court experts to be accredited by the Consejo de la Judicatura and entered in a public register with a calificación number and a named specialty, and the register is searchable.
So an Ecuadorian expert report states an accreditation number that a reader can check directly. We reproduce it, because it is the first thing to verify.
