Middlesex College requirements in detail
Translation
High school transcripts or mark sheets translated into English; translations official and completed by a certified translation service. College transcripts must also be translated (International applicants).
Who may translate
A certified translation service (International applicants).
Copies
Photocopied high school transcripts must be notarized or attested; college transcripts must be notarized or attested (International applicants).
What a transcript must show
All subjects studied, grades, examinations passed, and the dates of diplomas, certificates and degrees (International applicants).
Foreign college credit
Advanced standing needs an official course-by-course evaluation from an approved service, paid by you; the registrar names WES or another NACES member (International applicants, transfer credit).
Immunization records
Required, and must be translated into English (International applicants).
Deadlines (F1)
April 15 for fall and September 15 for spring; processing takes six to eight weeks, and applications postmarked after the deadline are not processed (International applicants).
Financial documents
Original bank statements, converted into US dollars, with the I-134 or affidavit of support (International applicants).
Certified translation plus a notarized or attested copy
Middlesex College is specific about both halves of a foreign record.
The translation must be official and done by a certified translation service; and if you send photocopies of your transcripts rather than originals, those copies must be notarized or attested (International applicants).
For college transcripts the page asks for notarized or attested copies in every case.
The transcript itself must list every subject, the grades, the examinations passed and the dates of each diploma, certificate or degree.
A complete translation keeps all of that, including grading notes and stamps, so the admissions office can read it without the original.
Immunization records follow the same logic: proof is required, and it must be in English (International applicants).
Advanced standing: WES or another NACES member
Credit for college courses taken abroad needs an official course-by-course evaluation, which you order and pay for yourself (International applicants).
The international page points to World Education Services and links the NACES member list as its approved evaluation services, and the registrar's transfer credit page says the same: WES or another NACES member (Transfer credit and prior learning credits).
Expect an update about ten business days after the student records evaluator receives the evaluation, longer at peak enrollment times (Transfer credit and prior learning credits).
The agency has its own translation rule; WES, for example, asks for a word-for-word translation by a professional service.

Uploading the translation to Middlesex College
Send the application, application supplement, affidavit of support, transcripts with their certified translations, and immunization records to the Admissions Office by the deadline (International applicants).
For credit, the WES or NACES evaluation goes to Enrollment Services; the result then appears on the My Progress/Self-Service page (Transfer credit and prior learning credits).
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Middlesex College that means we translate your transcripts, certificates and immunization records; notarized or attested copies of the originals and the WES or NACES evaluation come from elsewhere.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.

Do my vaccination records need a translation?
Yes. Proof of immunization is required and must be translated into English (International applicants).
Which agency should evaluate my foreign college courses?
WES or another member of NACES, with a course-by-course report (Transfer credit and prior learning credits).
