How we know · policy checked on October 26, 2026
Weatherford College asks international applicants for official high school and college transcripts in the native language with an English translation, and proof of high school equivalence through an approved evaluation agency from the NACES list; it does not say who must translate.
Weatherford College accepts certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary. The high school equivalence comes from the agency, which we do not replace.
Weatherford at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Weatherford asks for each academic record "in the native language with an English translation" and does not restrict who translates (international requirements); a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary is that kind of translation. Policy checked on October 26, 2026.

Weatherford requirements in detail
Translation
Official high school and college transcripts, each in the native language with an English translation (International student requirements).
Who may translate
Not stated (International student requirements).
Evaluation
Proof of high school equivalence through an approved evaluation agency, listed by NACES (International student requirements).
Other documents
Passport or national ID, statement of understanding, applicant affidavit and sponsor affidavit, and transcripts from all colleges attended (International student requirements).
Fee
Paid online; the application is not submitted until payment processes (International student requirements).
Translation and equivalence are separate steps
Weatherford asks for two different things.
Each transcript goes to the college in its original language with an English translation, and, separately, a NACES agency confirms that your schooling is equivalent to a US high school diploma (International student requirements).
One certified translation can serve both: send it with your transcripts to Weatherford and to the agency. WES accepts a professional translation for that purpose, and ECE accepts any complete, literal translation.
Which records to translate
The rule covers high school and college records, and Weatherford asks for official transcripts from every college attended, in and outside the US (International student requirements).
Translate the high school diploma and transcripts with the grading scale and stamps, and each university transcript.
The affidavits are Weatherford forms in English; a sponsor's bank letter in another language should be translated too.

What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to Weatherford
Send the native-language transcripts with their English translations as part of the international application requirements (International student requirements); send the same translation to the NACES agency for the high school equivalence.
We can send the translation directly to the admissions office by email on request.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Weatherford that means we translate your transcripts; the proof of high school equivalence is ordered by you from a NACES agency.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Weatherford College accept an eVerbary translation?
Weatherford asks for an English translation and does not say who must make it (International student requirements); a certified translation from a professional service qualifies.
Do I need a credential evaluation?
Yes, proof of high school equivalence through a NACES agency (International student requirements).
Do college transcripts need a translation too?
Yes. Each academic record goes in the native language with an English translation (International student requirements).
Which agency should I use?
One listed by NACES (International student requirements). WES and ECE accept translations from a professional service.
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
