How we know · policy checked on October 27, 2026
Regis University requires an official English translation for any transcript not in English, and international applicants submit both the original transcripts and the official translations; Regis does not say who must translate.
Regis accepts certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary. Both go by mail to the Office of Admissions in Denver, or electronically to its applications inbox.
Regis at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Regis's international admissions page asks for an official English translation and does not restrict who makes it (international students); a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary is that kind of translation. Policy checked on October 27, 2026.

Regis requirements in detail
Translation
An official English translation is required for transcripts not in English; submit the originals and the official translations (Regis University: international students).
Who may translate
Not stated.
Which transcripts
Secondary school and any college transcripts; graduate applicants the undergraduate degree transcripts (Regis University: international students).
Where to send
By mail to Regis University, Office of Admissions, Mail Code A-12, 3333 Regis Blvd., Denver, CO 80221; electronic transcripts to ruapps@regis.edu (Regis University: international students).
Prerequisites
If your program requires prerequisite courses, they must be listed on your transcripts (Regis University: international students).
Deadlines
Spring 2027: new students December 15, 2026, transfers January 6, 2027; classes begin January 11 (Regis University: international students).
Two documents for each transcript
Regis treats the original and the translation as a pair: every transcript not in English is submitted together with an official English translation (international students).
That applies to secondary school records, college records and, for graduate programs, the undergraduate degree transcripts.
Prerequisite courses your program requires must be visible on the transcript, so the translation should render each course name and grade as printed.
Regis lists a mailing address for official transcripts and translations and an email inbox for electronic transcripts. eVerbary can email the certified translation directly to ruapps@regis.edu on request, or mail it to the Office of Admissions in a sealed, signed envelope: choose the hard copy at checkout with the office's address ($19.95 Priority or $37.95 Express in the US).
Late deadlines, early travel
Regis's deadlines are close to the term: December 15 for new students starting in spring 2027 and January 6 for transfers, with orientation on January 7 that students must travel to attend (Regis University: international students).
Once admitted, Regis emails the I-20. With a deadline that close to the visa appointment, order the translation as soon as you have the transcript.

What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to Regis
Mail the original transcripts and the official translations to the Office of Admissions, Mail Code A-12, or have electronic transcripts sent to ruapps@regis.edu (Regis University: international students). The passport copy goes to ruadmissions@regis.edu.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
