Five kinds of translator, one of them professional
Northern is explicit about who may translate: the school you attended, the Ministry of Education, a sponsoring agency, an embassy, or professional translators (International students).
The translation covers official or certified copies of your secondary school records, with every course, every mark and the degree statement where there is one, plus proof that you graduated.
A complete packet from the start
Northern considers applications only as a complete packet, so the translations go in with the passport copy, the Certificate of Financial Responsibility and the English test score (International students).
The name on your application must match your passport; give us the passport spelling so the translation matches too. Proof of health insurance is shown on arrival in Española.

We can send the translation directly to the admissions office by email on request.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
