Translate the certificate as well as the marks
Murray State lists the translation rule twice in each checklist: once for transcripts and once for the diploma or graduation certificate (international admissions).
Applicants often translate only the mark sheets; here the certificate needs its own certified translation.

Scans, money and country notes
