Everything before the I-20
MSC's Registrar's Office will not issue the SEVIS I-20 until it has every item on its checklist, and it warns that a missing document delays the process indefinitely (required documents checklist).
The two academic items, the official high school transcript with its graduation date and an official transcript from every college attended, must both be translated into English.
