Inver Hills at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Inver Hills' F-1 admission page requires a certified translation into English of the high school completion document and does not restrict who translates (international students); a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary is that kind of translation. A copy, translated and certified
Inver Hills keeps the academic part of the F-1 file short: a copy of your high school completion document, whether certificate, transcript or secondary leaving certificate, which must have a certified translation into English (international admission).
It asks for no evaluation at this stage. Translate the certificate or leaving certificate with its completion date, and make sure the scan is clear: Inver Hills may ask for new documents if a file is illegible.
The bank statement is where the college is strict, and it asks for English rather than a translation: one month of original, certified, notarized statements in English and US dollars, with the bank's stamp or seal, dated within 6 months of the semester start, and a notarized I-134 if someone else supports you (International students).
Credit from abroad, and where to send
If you took courses or completed a degree at a college outside the US and want transfer credit, Inver Hills names WES and ECE for a US equivalency evaluation (International students). WES requires a professional translator; ECE accepts any complete, word-for-word translation or sells an $85 waiver.
Admission documents can be uploaded through the page, emailed to admissions@inverhills.edu or mailed to 2500 80th St E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076, and everything must be in by the deadline (International students). On request, eVerbary can email the translation directly to the admissions office.

Uploading the translation to Inver Hills
Upload the completion document and its certified translation with the button on the international admission page, or email them to admissions@inverhills.edu (International students).
For credit, send the translated college records to WES or ECE for the US equivalency evaluation.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Inver Hills that means we translate your high school and college records; the WES or ECE evaluation for credit comes from the agency.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Who can translate my diploma for Inver Hills?
Inver Hills asks for a certified translation into English and does not say who must make it (International students). A certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary qualifies.
Do I need an official transcript from my school?
For admission the page asks for a copy of the certificate, transcript or leaving certificate (International students).
Can I email my documents?
Yes, to admissions@inverhills.edu, or upload or mail them (International students).
Which agency evaluates college credit from abroad?
WES or ECE (International students).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
