How we know · policy checked on October 26, 2026
Century College asks F-1 applicants for a high school or secondary school certificate with an English translation if it is not in English, and for bank documents with a certified English translation, without saying who must translate.
Century College accepts certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary.
Some health science programs accept a foreign high school transcript through a WES or ECE translation and evaluation, and credit from abroad needs a NACES course-by-course evaluation; we do not provide evaluations.
Century at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Century's F-1 applicant page requires an English translation of the completion certificate and a certified English translation of bank documents, without restricting who translates (international student applicant); a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary is that kind of translation. Century requirements in detail
Translation (F-1)
An English translation of the high school or secondary school certificate if not in English (International student applicant).
Bank documents
A certified English translation if not in English; issued within 90 days; certified originals or certified true copies from banks abroad (International student applicant).
Who may translate
Not stated (International student applicant).
Where to upload
The International Student Application Documents Submission Form, the only accepted channel; it closes after 30 minutes (International student applicant).
Health science programs
A foreign high school transcript translated and evaluated by a service such as WES or ECE, showing US diploma equivalency; allow 6 weeks (Submitting transcripts).
Foreign college credit
A course-by-course evaluation from a NACES member such as SpanTran, IEE, WES or ECE, sent to Transfer Student Services (Submitting transcripts).
Deadlines (F-1)
From abroad or changing status: October 1, 2026 for spring 2027 and May 1, 2027 for fall 2027. F-1 transfers: December 1 and July 1 (International student application: deadlines).
The F-1 file: a translated certificate, certified bank papers
For admission Century asks for proof of secondary completion: the high school or secondary school certificate with its completion date, which must lead to university study, with an English translation if it is not in English (international applicant page).
Cambridge O-Levels or GCSE count with English, Math and three other academic passes. Translate the certificate with every stamp and the completion date.
Bank documents carry the stricter wording: a certified English translation, issued within 90 days, showing the account holder, date, bank name and total balance with account numbers blacked out, and stamped or signed as certified originals or certified true copies if the bank is outside the US (International student applicant). The year at Century is estimated at $23,087.
Health science programs and credit from abroad
Some health science programs, such as Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant and Radiologic Technology, can accept a high school transcript that has been translated and evaluated.
In those cases, graduates from schools outside the US must use a service such as World Education Services or Educational Credential Evaluators, with the report emailed to Admissions@century.edu, and should allow 6 weeks (submitting transcripts).
WES asks for a translation by a professional translator; ECE accepts a word-for-word translation or sells an $85 waiver.
College courses taken abroad need a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES member, such as SpanTran, IEE, WES or ECE, sent directly to Transfer Student Services; depending on your program, it may not be required (Submitting transcripts).

What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to Century
Upload the certificate, the bank documents and their translations in the International Student Application Documents Submission Form, all prepared beforehand: the form deletes your entries after 30 minutes, and emailed, mailed, faxed or hand-delivered documents are not accepted (International student applicant).
For a health program evaluation, send the translated transcript to WES or ECE; the agency's report goes to Admissions@century.edu (Submitting transcripts).
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Century that means we translate your certificate, bank documents and transcripts; the WES, ECE or NACES evaluation comes from the agency.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Who can translate my certificate for Century?
Century asks for an English translation and does not say who must make it (International student applicant). A certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary qualifies.
Do my bank statements need a certified translation?
Yes, if they are not in English (International student applicant).
Can I email my documents to Century?
No. F-1 documents go only through the submission form (International student applicant).
I want to enter a health science program with a foreign high school diploma. What do I need?
A translation and evaluation from a service such as WES or ECE showing equivalency to a US high school diploma (Submitting transcripts).
When is the spring deadline?
October 1, 2026 for applicants abroad; December 1 for F-1 transfers (International student application: deadlines).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
