Requirements checked on October 28, 2026 from Felician's public pages (sources).
Felician University asks international undergraduates for official secondary transcripts in English and, for foreign post-secondary work, a credential evaluation from any NACES member, due with the application for transfer and nursing applicants.
Felician's evaluation agencies, such as WES and ECE (NACES members), accept certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary.
Graduate applicants follow a stricter rule: records must be translated and attested by the issuing institution or a NACES-accredited translation agency, which eVerbary is not; we also do not produce evaluations.
Felician at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Felician accepts a credential evaluation from any NACES member (bachelor's application), and WES, a NACES member, accepts a certified translation from a professional translation service (WES rule); ECE accepts one as well.
Graduate applicants need a translation attested by the issuing institution or a NACES-accredited agency (master's application). Policy checked on October 28, 2026.

Sample translation: a Congolese secondary school transcript
This is what an order looks like when it is delivered, with a fictitious student. The PDF starts with the signed certification page, and the translation follows the original line for line: every abbreviation is explained, stamps, seals and signatures are noted in brackets, and the grid stays the same, so an admissions officer or a credential evaluator can match it without guessing.

What to notice
- Two school years in the same grid as the original: every subject, grading period, exam and total, so each grade can be read against its maximum.
- The French rating abbreviations are translated (TB becomes VG, Very good), and every abbreviation is explained in a translator's note at the foot of the same page, including one the original never defines.
- Dates are written the US way (the original's 02/07/2015 is February 7, 2015).
- The photo, seals and signatures are noted in brackets where they appear.
Worth knowing about Felician
Any NACES member
Felician recommends SpanTran but accepts all.
Nursing: up front
Transfer and nursing applicants evaluate first.
Graduate: stricter
Issuing school or NACES-accredited agency translates.
Felician requirements in detail
Translation (undergraduate)
Official secondary transcripts in English; Felician does not say who translates (International bachelor's: how to apply).
Evaluation
Foreign post-secondary transcripts need a credential evaluation for transfer credit, from any NACES member; SpanTran is recommended (International bachelor's: how to apply).
When
After admission and before arrival, except transfer and nursing applicants, who submit it with the application (International bachelor's: how to apply).
Translation (graduate)
Records not in English must be translated and attested by the institution of origin or a translation agency accredited through NACES (International master's: how to apply).
Who may translate
Undergraduate: set by the evaluation agency for college records. Graduate: issuing school or NACES-accredited agency only.
Fees
$30 undergraduate, $40 graduate application fee (International bachelor's: how to apply; International master's: how to apply).
Transfer credit
No credit for prior university work not disclosed at admission; the last 30 credits must be earned at Felician (transfer credit policy).
Undergraduate, nursing and graduate rules
Felician's bachelor's page asks for official copies of all secondary transcripts in English and, if you studied at a college abroad, a credential evaluation of every foreign post-secondary transcript for transfer credit (International bachelor's: how to apply).
Most admitted students may send the evaluation after admission but before arriving on campus; transfer and nursing applicants must include it in the application. Any NACES member is accepted.
The master's page is stricter: academic records in another language must be translated and attested by the institution of origin or a NACES-accredited translation agency (International master's: how to apply). eVerbary is not a NACES member, so for a graduate application ask your school for an attested translation or use the translation service of a NACES agency.
What the evaluation agencies ask for the translation
WES wants an exact, word-for-word translation by a professional translator and does not translate. ECE accepts complete, literal translations, including your own, or translates internally for an $85 Translation Waiver.
Felician recommends SpanTran, now The Evaluation Company, which requires an ATA-certified outside translator or translates itself; eVerbary can assign an ATA-certified translator on request through a free quote if you choose it.
Disclose every college you attended
Felician grants no transfer credit for university work not disclosed at admission, accepts at most half the credits of a major or minor in transfer, and requires the last 30 credits at Felician (Transfer credit policy).
List all foreign study when you apply, and translate each transcript you want counted.

Documents applicants usually translate
- Secondary school transcripts, in English
- University transcripts, for the NACES evaluation
- Nursing or other prior college coursework, for transfer and nursing applicants
- Bank statements and the Financial and Sponsor Affidavit, if not in English
What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to Felician
Most application documents are scanned and emailed to the Office of International Programs; official transcripts are mailed (International bachelor's: how to apply). The NACES agency sends its evaluation to Felician.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Felician that means we translate your records for the NACES agency; the evaluation comes from the agency, and graduate applicants need a translation attested by the issuing school or a NACES-accredited agency.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Which evaluation agencies does Felician accept?
Any NACES member; SpanTran is recommended (International bachelor's: how to apply).
When do I submit the evaluation?
After admission and before arrival, unless you are a transfer or nursing applicant, who submit it with the application (International bachelor's: how to apply).
Can I use an eVerbary translation for a Felician master's application?
Felician's graduate rule asks for translations attested by the issuing institution or a NACES-accredited agency (International master's: how to apply); eVerbary is neither.
Will Felician count courses I did not list?
No. Undisclosed prior university work earns no transfer credit (Transfer credit policy).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
