Charter, extract and certificate
Commercial companies in Azerbaijan are registered by the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy. Registration produces a registration certificate, an extract from the state register and the company's charter (nizamnamə). A US bank or partner usually wants the charter and a current extract.
