A certified translation, and no agency
Rose State marks on its list which items need a certified English translation, and the transcript is one of them: if your high school transcript or completion document is not printed in English, the certified translation must be attached to it (International students).
There is no evaluation step, so the Office of Admissions and Records reads the translation directly; translate every page, grade and stamp, and the date on which you completed secondary school.
The office does not process an application until it has every listed document, including the certified bank letter; once you are eligible, it issues the I-20, and enrollment is considered for the semester following its date (International students). Transfer students use the separate international transfer packet.

Send the official transcript with the certified English translation attached to the Office of Admissions and Records, with the rest of the documents in the international student packet (International students).
We can also send the translation directly to the admissions office by email on request.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
