Cascadia at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Cascadia's admission steps ask for transcripts and/or diploma "translated into English" and do not restrict who translates (future students); a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary is that translation. Policy checked on October 26, 2026.

Cascadia requirements in detail
Translation
Copies of high school or past college/university transcripts and/or diploma, translated into English (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
Who may translate
Not stated.
Financial documents
No older than three months, translated into English, showing the currency (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
Which transcripts
High school records, or college records if you are currently at a college or university, in which case high school transcripts are not required (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
Evaluation
None published for admission; Cascadia's transfer credit page covers US transcripts and AP, IB and Cambridge results (transfer credit).
Deadlines
Applicants overseas: August 17, 2026 for fall, November 27, 2026 for winter, February 8, 2027 for spring; transfers from US schools later (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
Two kinds of documents to translate
Cascadia's six admission steps include two that involve translation (future students).
Step three is proof of financial support for one year: the bank documents must be no older than three months, translated into English, and show the currency used.
Because of the three-month window, translate the bank letter last, shortly before you apply; a translation reproduces the amounts in the original currency and does not convert them.
Step five is your academic record: copies of high school or past college or university transcripts and/or a diploma, translated into English. If you are currently attending a college or university, Cascadia does not need your high school transcripts, so translate the college record instead.
High School Completion and transfers
Students 16 or older on an F-1 visa who have not received a high school diploma in their home country or the US can join Cascadia's High School Completion program; completing at least 9th grade is recommended (Cascadia International Programs: future students), so the translated record should show every completed year. See high school diploma translation.
Students transferring from another US college also fill in the Transfer-In Form, signed in part by an advisor at the previous school, so the SEVIS record can move to Cascadia; the application is not complete without it (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
New international students attend a mandatory four-day orientation the week before classes.

- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to Cascadia
The translated transcripts and financial documents are submitted as copies with the international application to Cascadia's International Programs office, international@cascadia.edu (Cascadia International Programs: future students). eVerbary can also email the translation directly to the office on request.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Cascadia College require a certified translation?
Cascadia asks for documents "translated into English" and does not say who translates (Cascadia International Programs: future students). A certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary meets that.
Does my bank statement need a translation?
Yes, if it is not in English: it must be under three months old, translated, and show the currency (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
Do I need my high school transcripts if I am in college now?
No. Current college or university students send their college records instead (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
Do I need a credential evaluation to apply to Cascadia?
Cascadia's admission steps do not ask for one (Cascadia International Programs: future students).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
