Requirements checked on October 28, 2026 from Casa Loma's public pages (sources).
Casa Loma College asks international students for an English translation of all foreign transcripts with a course-by-course evaluation, and asks any applicant with a foreign degree to have it translated and certified as equivalent to a US high school diploma by a NACES or AICE member such as IEE.
Casa Loma's evaluation agencies, such as IEE and WES, accept certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary.
You order the translation first and send it to the agency; the evaluation itself is something we do not provide.
Casa Loma at a glance

Sample translation: a Congolese secondary school transcript
This is what an order looks like when it is delivered, with a fictitious student. The PDF starts with the signed certification page, and the translation follows the original line for line: every abbreviation is explained, stamps, seals and signatures are noted in brackets, and the grid stays the same, so an admissions officer or a credential evaluator can match it without guessing.

What to notice
- Two school years in the same grid as the original: every subject, grading period, exam and total, so each grade can be read against its maximum.
- The French rating abbreviations are translated (TB becomes VG, Very good), and every abbreviation is explained in a translator's note at the foot of the same page, including one the original never defines.
- Dates are written the US way (the original's 02/07/2015 is February 7, 2015).
- The photo, seals and signatures are noted in brackets where they appear.

Casa Loma requirements in detail
Translation
International students submit an English translation, if applicable, of all foreign transcripts (Casa Loma: international student requirements).
Who may translate
Casa Loma does not say; the evaluation agency sets the rule. IEE accepts certified translators, not applicants; WES accepts professional services.
Foreign high school diploma
Translated and certified as equivalent to a US high school diploma by a NACES member (Casa Loma links IEE) or an AICE member (Casa Loma: general admission requirements).
International evaluation
Course by course, with the translation (Casa Loma: international student requirements).
Transfer credit
Coursework from outside the US evaluated by a NACES or AICE member; C+ or better; requested with a Transfer Credit Petition during admission (Casa Loma: transfer credit information).
English (all applicants)
Non-native speakers take the SLE (Wonderlic) and TOEFL, whatever their status (Casa Loma: general admission requirements).
Funds (F-1)
Evidence of financial support above $48,973 (Casa Loma: international student requirements).
A foreign diploma has to be shown equivalent first
Casa Loma admits applicants on an official high school transcript or GED.
If your diploma is from abroad, the general admission requirements say it must be translated and certified as equivalent to a US high school diploma by an agency that belongs to NACES, linking International Education Evaluations (IEE), or to AICE.
This applies to residents and immigrants as well as F-1 students.
Applicants with an associate degree or 60 semester credits from a US-accredited school can use that transcript instead, except for Physical Therapist Assistant, which still requires the high school transcript.
International students add an English translation of all foreign transcripts with a course-by-course evaluation (international requirements).
IEE accepts a word-for-word translation signed by a certified translator, not by the applicant or a notary, and also sells its own at $60 per page.
WES wants an exact, word-for-word translation by a professional translator and does not translate.
Transfer credit is decided during admission
Casa Loma evaluates transfer credit only as part of admission: you tell your Admissions Advisor, file a Transfer Credit Petition with official transcripts and course catalogs or syllabi, and coursework from outside the US must be evaluated by a NACES or AICE member.
If official transcripts are not received during admission, transfer credit is denied with no exception (transfer credit).
Caps vary by program, from 7.5 to 27 general education credits in the health programs up to 90 credits toward a bachelor's degree; nursing anatomy and biology courses must be recent with a B or better, and certificate programs accept no transfer credit (Casa Loma: transfer credit information).
Translate syllabi together with the transcript if you want specific courses matched.

What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to Casa Loma
The translation goes to IEE or another NACES or AICE agency with your records; the agency's report, and official transcripts, go to the Casa Loma Admissions Office, sent by the school or a third-party service (Casa Loma: transfer credit information).
International applicants follow the catalog's admission steps and send the translation with the course-by-course evaluation (Casa Loma: international student requirements).
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Casa Loma that means we translate your diploma, transcripts and syllabi; the equivalency or course-by-course evaluation is ordered by you from a NACES or AICE agency.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
