The register extract
Ownership of real estate in Azerbaijan is recorded in the state register kept by the State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy. The document people hold is the extract (çıxarış) from the state register of real estate, which names the owner, the property and any mortgage or other rights recorded against it.
