Westmoreland at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Westmoreland's international admissions page asks for transcripts "with English translation" and does not restrict who translates (international admissions); a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary is that kind of translation. Policy checked on October 26, 2026.

Translation for school records, evaluation for college records
Westmoreland lists academic records in three lines: official or attested secondary and college transcripts with English translation; a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES-approved organization for foreign college or university transcripts; and diplomas, certifications or comprehensive examination results if you have them (International students).
If you only finished secondary school, the translation is all you need; if you studied at a college abroad, translate first and send the records to a NACES member for the report.
Because the page accepts attested copies, you do not need to part with your originals; translate the attested copy you send so the stamps and signatures appear in the translation too.
The rest of the F-1 file
The financial file asks for official bank statements on letterhead, signed by a bank official, showing $30,000 or the annual minimum expenses, plus a notarized affidavit of support if someone else funds you.
Housing must be in Westmoreland, Fayette or Indiana County, documented within two weeks of arrival. Minimum English scores are TOEFL 61 (internet) or IELTS 5.0 (International students).
Bank letters not in English need a translation like any other document.

Uploading the translation to Westmoreland
Apply for free through CONEX ED, then email all required documents, including the transcripts and their translations, to Westmoreland's international admissions office (International students).
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Westmoreland that means we translate your transcripts, diplomas and bank documents; the NACES course-by-course evaluation of college records comes from an evaluation agency.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Westmoreland need my transcripts translated?
Yes, official or attested transcripts with English translation (International students).
Who can translate them?
Westmoreland does not say (International students). A certified translation from a professional service qualifies.
Do I need a credential evaluation?
Only for college or university transcripts from abroad: a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES-approved organization (International students).
When should I apply?
By July 15 for fall; by November 15 for spring, or December 1 if you transfer from a US school (International students).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
