Requirements checked on October 28, 2026 from Warner Pacific's public pages (sources).

Warner Pacific University asks that all international transcripts be evaluated by a third party to reflect US standards and a 4.0 GPA scale, and it recommends InCred (required for varsity athletes) or World Education Services; it publishes no translation rule of its own.

Warner Pacific's evaluation agencies, such as WES, accept certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary.

You order the translation first and send it to the agency with your records; the agency then writes the evaluation, which we do not provide.

Sample translation: a Congolese secondary school transcript

This is what an order looks like when it is delivered, with a fictitious student. The PDF starts with the signed certification page, and the translation follows the original line for line: every abbreviation is explained, stamps, seals and signatures are noted in brackets, and the grid stays the same, so an admissions officer or a credential evaluator can match it without guessing.

What to notice

  • Two school years in the same grid as the original: every subject, grading period, exam and total, so each grade can be read against its maximum.
  • The French rating abbreviations are translated (TB becomes VG, Very good), and every abbreviation is explained in a translator's note at the foot of the same page, including one the original never defines.
  • Dates are written the US way (the original's 02/07/2015 is February 7, 2015).
  • The photo, seals and signatures are noted in brackets where they appear.

Warner Pacific requirements in detail

Translation

Warner Pacific states no translation rule; international transcripts reach it through a third-party evaluation (International student admission requirements). The agency needs the translation before it can evaluate a document not in English.

Who may translate

Set by the evaluation agency. WES accepts a professional translation service (see below).

Evaluation

All international transcripts, evaluated to reflect US standards and a 4.0 GPA scale (International student admission requirements).

Recommended agencies

InCred International Credit Evaluations (required for varsity athletes) and World Education Services (International student admission requirements).

Application

Free online application with a portal to track documents and see your decision (International student admission requirements).

English

Proof of English proficiency for all international students (International student admission requirements).

Athletes and everyone else: InCred or WES

Warner Pacific recommends two evaluators. Varsity athletes must use InCred International Credit Evaluations; other applicants may choose InCred or WES (international requirements).

Warner Pacific's free online application lets you track which documents have arrived, so you can see when the agency's report is in.

What WES asks for the translation

The report has to express your grades in US standards on a 4.0 scale (International student admission requirements).

That conversion is the agency's work, so the translation must reproduce every grade and the grading scale exactly as printed.

WES asks for an exact, word-for-word English translation by a professional translator, such as a certified translation agency, and does not accept translations by applicants or translate documents itself.

If you use InCred, check its own instructions for translations before you order.

$24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages. See the price before you pay.

Documents applicants usually translate

  • Secondary school transcripts and diploma
  • University transcripts and degree certificates
  • Grading scale printed with the transcripts
  • National exam certificates, where they complete secondary school

What an eVerbary translation includes

  • A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
  • Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
  • A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
  • $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.

Uploading the translation to Warner Pacific

  • The translation goes to the evaluation agency with your records (WES, for example, takes it in your WES account); the agency sends the evaluation to Warner Pacific, where you can follow it in the application portal.

  • eVerbary delivers a signed PDF; on request we can also email the translation directly to the admissions office.

What we do not do

eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.

For Warner Pacific that means we translate your transcripts; the evaluation to US standards and a 4.0 scale is ordered by you from WES or InCred.

How to order

  1. Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
  2. Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
  3. Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Warner Pacific require a translation of my transcript?

Warner Pacific requires a third-party evaluation of all international transcripts (International student admission requirements); WES, one of the two it recommends, needs a professional English translation (WES).

Which evaluator should I use?

InCred if you are a varsity athlete; otherwise InCred or WES (International student admission requirements).

Do varsity athletes need a different evaluator?

Yes. InCred is required for varsity athletes (International student admission requirements).

Is there an application fee?

No. The online application is free (International student admission requirements).

Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
