Saint Anselm at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Saint Anselm's international first-year page says a transcript not in English "must be accompanied by a certified English translation" and does not restrict who translates (international first-year applicants); a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary is that kind of translation. Saint Anselm requirements in detail
Translation
A certified English translation must accompany a transcript not in English (International first-year applicants).
Who may translate
Not stated (International first-year applicants).
Transcript
Official copy from your school counselor, covering grades 9 to 11 or the equivalent, by email to admission@anselm.edu or through the Common Application (International first-year applicants).
Transfer applicants
The same high school rule, plus transcripts from every college attended, which should be in English (international transfer).
Bank letter
Original, issued within the last three months, signed by the bank and translated to English (International first-year applicants).
Evaluation
Not required; Saint Anselm evaluates transfer credit itself, with a preliminary evaluation sent with the offer (International transfer applicants).
The counselor sends the transcript; the translation goes with it
At Saint Anselm the official transcript comes from your school counselor, who emails it to admission@anselm.edu or submits it through the Common Application, and it should cover grades 9 to 11 or the equivalent (International first-year applicants).
If it is not in English, a certified English translation must accompany it. Ask your counselor to send the translation together with the transcript, or send it to the same address yourself so admissions can match the two. The Secondary School Report must be completed in English.
The bank letter has its own rule: it must be an original issued within the last three months, signed by the institution and translated to English, and it goes to the international financial contact named on the page (International first-year applicants).
Transfer applicants and credit
International transfer applicants send the same high school transcript and translation, plus transcripts from every college attended; Saint Anselm says these should be in English and emailed to admissions (International transfer applicants).
It evaluates credit itself: a course with a C or better and an equivalent at Saint Anselm can transfer, up to 64 credits, with a preliminary evaluation sent with the offer of admission and an official one after enrollment. No outside credential evaluation is mentioned.

Uploading the translation to Saint Anselm
Transcripts and their translations go to admission@anselm.edu or through the Common Application (International first-year applicants); transfer applicants email college transcripts to the same office (International transfer applicants). eVerbary can email the translation directly to the admissions office on request.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
