How we know · policy checked on October 27, 2026
Pueblo Community College publishes no translation rule for transcripts: students with credits from outside the US get a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES member sent to PCC, and F-1 and M-1 students have college transcripts reviewed through WES.
PCC's evaluation agencies, such as WES, accept certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary. PCC may also ask for English-translated course descriptions; the evaluation itself we do not provide.
PCC at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
PCC asks for a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES member, and WES for F-1 college records (admissions), and WES accepts a certified translation from a professional translation service (WES translation rules); ECE, another NACES member, accepts one as well. Policy checked on October 27, 2026.

PCC requirements in detail
Translation
PCC states no translation rule for transcripts; credits from abroad reach it through a NACES evaluation. The translation is what the agency needs before it can evaluate a document not in English.
Who may translate
Set by the evaluation agency (see below).
Evaluation
A course-by-course report from a NACES member, sent directly to PCC, plus a declared program before PCC begins (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
Course descriptions
You may be asked for English-translated course descriptions of the courses you want transferred (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
F-1 and M-1
High school transcripts reviewed through a NACES member, college transcripts through WES; a high school diploma is required (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
Where it goes
Records Office, 900 W. Orman Avenue, Pueblo, or Registrar@pueblocc.edu (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
What each evaluation agency asks for the translation
For credit, PCC accepts any NACES member's course-by-course report (admissions). WES wants a word-for-word translation by a professional translator or service and not the applicant, and does not translate itself.
ECE accepts complete, literal translations in the original's format, lets applicants translate themselves, and sells an $85 Translation Waiver.
PCC may also ask for English-translated course descriptions for the courses you want counted, which the evaluation does not include. eVerbary can translate syllabi and course descriptions as well as transcripts; send them to the Records Office when PCC asks.
Where PCC's page differs
The transfer section of PCC's admissions page accepts any NACES member for credit from abroad, while the international students section says F-1 and M-1 students' college transcripts must be reviewed through World Education Services and high school transcripts through a NACES member (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
If you hold or will hold an F-1 or M-1 visa, choose WES for college records or ask the Registrar first.
Need a certified translation for PCC?
$24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages. See the price before you pay.
Documents applicants usually translate
- College or university transcripts, for the course-by-course report
- Course descriptions or syllabi, if PCC asks
- High school diploma and transcripts, for F-1 students
What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to PCC
The translation goes to WES or another NACES agency with your records; the agency sends an official copy of its report directly to PCC's Records Office (Pueblo Community College: admissions). Translated course descriptions go to Registrar@pueblocc.edu.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
At PCC that means the NACES or WES evaluation is ordered by you; we translate the transcripts and, if asked, the course descriptions.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does Pueblo Community College require a certified translation?
PCC itself publishes no translation rule for transcripts; it requires a NACES course-by-course evaluation (Pueblo Community College: admissions), and the agency sets the translation rule.
Do I need to translate my course descriptions?
PCC may ask for English-translated course descriptions for courses you want transferred (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
Which agency should F-1 students use?
WES for college transcripts and a NACES member for high school transcripts (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
When does PCC start my credit review?
Only after the evaluation arrives and you have declared a degree program (Pueblo Community College: admissions).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
