Front Range Community College: Translation Requirements for Documents in Another Language
Yes, through the evaluation: FRCC asks for a credential evaluation, and WES, one of the agencies it accepts, takes certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary.

- $24.95 per page
- Usually 24 h for 1–3 pages
- Signed certificate of accuracy, PDF
- See the price before you pay
How we know · policy checked on October 26, 2026
Front Range Community College publishes no translation rule for transcripts: credit from international institutions needs a course-by-course evaluation from a NACES member, sent directly to FRCC, and FRCC may also ask for English-translated course descriptions.
FRCC's evaluation agencies, such as WES and ECE, accept certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary, and FRCC does not restrict who translates the course descriptions. The evaluation itself comes from the agency, not from us.
FRCC at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
FRCC asks for a course-by-course report from any NACES member and for English-translated course descriptions when needed, without naming a translator (transfer credits); WES, a NACES member, accepts a certified translation from a professional translation service (WES translation rules). FRCC requirements in detail
Translation
No rule for transcripts; English-translated course descriptions may be required for courses you want transferred (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits).
Who may translate
Not stated for descriptions; transcripts follow the evaluation agency's rule.
Evaluation
Course-by-course, from a recognized NACES member, official copy sent directly to FRCC (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits).
Before FRCC evaluates
Declare a degree program and submit a Transfer Credit Evaluation Request form with the NACES report (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits).
Timing
Results appear on your FRCC transcript within 30 days of receipt; you are notified by FRCC email (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits).
F-1 applicants
No application fee, an international admissions fee, and no I-20 for English-only study (students outside the US).
Credit from abroad: report, program, request
FRCC's registrar sets three conditions for international credit (transfer credits). The transcripts must first be evaluated course by course by a recognized NACES member, which sends its official report directly to FRCC.
You must have declared a degree program. And you submit a Transfer Credit Evaluation Request form.
FRCC may then ask for English-translated course descriptions of the courses you want transferred, so translate syllabi along with the transcript if you expect to claim specific courses.
If you disagree with the result, the registrar reviews it under FRCC's transfer credit guidelines.
What the agencies ask for the translation
Since FRCC accepts any NACES member, the agency decides the translation rule. WES wants an exact, word-for-word translation by a professional translator or service and not the applicant's own.
ECE accepts complete, literal translations, including the applicant's own, or sells an $85 Translation Waiver.
International applicants abroad apply online with no application fee, then submit the admissions documents and pay the international admissions fee; FRCC answers within five business days (FRCC: international students outside the US).

What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to FRCC
The transcript translation goes to the NACES agency with your records; the agency sends its course-by-course report directly to FRCC.
Translated course descriptions and the Transfer Credit Evaluation Request go to the registrar (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits). eVerbary can email translations directly to FRCC on request.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
At FRCC that means the NACES course-by-course report comes from an agency; we translate your transcripts and course descriptions.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does FRCC require a certified translation?
For transcripts, FRCC relies on a NACES evaluation (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits); the agency sets the translation rule. Course descriptions may need an English translation.
Which agency should I use for FRCC?
Any recognized NACES member that issues a course-by-course report (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits).
When will FRCC evaluate my foreign credit?
After you declare a degree program and submit the request form with the NACES report; results within 30 days (FRCC Registrar: transfer credits).
Will FRCC issue an I-20 for English classes?
No. FRCC does not issue an I-20 for English study (FRCC: international students outside the US).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
