A translation and an evaluation, both before the file is complete
Undergraduate applicants send the Common App or Manhattanville Application with a $75 fee, an official transcript of grades, a recommendation and an essay; every document not in English must carry a certified English translation, and the course-by-course evaluation from ACEI, WES or any NACES member is necessary for a completed application (international student services). Translate first, since the evaluator also needs the English version.
The evaluators set their own translation rules. WES accepts an exact, word-for-word translation by a professional translator or translation service (WES).
ACEI wants translations made in the US by an ATA-certified translator (ACEI); if you choose ACEI, ask eVerbary for a free quote for an ATA-certified translator.
Graduate applicants
Most Manhattanville graduate programs are fully online and do not support an F-1 visa; the programs that do are Biomedical Sciences, Computer Science, Creative Writing (MFA), Data Analytics, Sport Business Management and Physical Education and Sports Pedagogy (MAT) (International student services: admission requirements).
