Fox Valley Technical College asks international applicants for original or certified copies of high school completion documents, transcripts or mark sheets, and applicants with post-secondary education outside the US also need official transcripts and a course-by-course evaluation from ECE, The Evaluation Company, One Earth or WES.

What each evaluation agency asks for the translation
WES wants a word-for-word translation by a professional translator and does not translate. ECE, based in Milwaukee, accepts any complete, literal translation, including your own, or translates internally for an $85 waiver.
One Earth asks for literal translations in the original format and in most cases lets applicants translate.
The Evaluation Company, which has a discounted FVTC application, requires an ATA-certified translator; ask eVerbary for a free quote and say it is for TEC.
High school by copy, college by evaluation
For the high school record Fox Valley Tech accepts original or certified copies of the completion document, transcripts or mark sheets uploaded to the Applicant Home (International student admissions).
College or university study outside the US is different: it needs official transcripts and the course-by-course report. If you studied at both levels abroad, translate both sets at once.

Uploading the translation to Fox Valley Tech
Upload high school documents through the FVTC Applicant Home; the translation of your college records goes to the evaluator, which sends the course-by-course report to FVTC (International student admissions).
If you need a translator certified by ATA
Some offices accept only a translator who is personally certified by the American Translators Association (ATA). eVerbary assigns one on request, for the languages ATA certifies into English:

To order it, ask for a free quote and write in the notes that the translation is for Fox Valley Tech, which program it is for, and that you need a translator individually certified by ATA, plus anything else the office asks for (notarization, delivery by email to the office).
We confirm the price and the translator before you pay. ATA does not certify other languages into English, so no translator anywhere holds ATA certification for them.
For those languages we provide a notarized certified translation instead, at $44.95 per page plus notarization ($34.90 per order); ask the office to confirm it accepts that, and write its answer in the quote notes.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
